Cancelling

Things might happen…
– if you as a participant needs to cancel your place

At Dharma Mountain we run our own groups and we rent out the place to different teachers. Depending on the course leader the policy for cancelling might vary.  Please check directly with your course leader if you need to cancel. 

If you book for a Dharma Group (Tilstede / Present, Inner Peace, or Gave / Gift,  Inner Joy ) this is our policy.
or for Selvoppdagelse – skriveretreat / writing retreat / Biodanza, Meditation & Silence retreat with Unni Heim, Vinterretreat with Eirik og Christian, Permaculture with Jan Bang

BOOKING & CANCELLATION POLICY 

It is possible to cancel your booking and receive a refund, see details below.

For all cancellations we keep a fee of minimum 600 NOK.

You contact welcome@dharmamountain.com for all issues related to cancellation and refunds.

• Until 14 days prior to the event: contact welcome@dharmamountain.com cancel your place and receive information about how to claim your refund. We keep a cancellation fee of 600 NOK.

• If you cancell less than 14 days before the event starts, a medical certificate of your inability to participate is required to receive a refund. We keep a cancellation fee of 600 NOK.

• If Dharma Mountain would cancel the event, all payments will be refunded (including the cancellation fee). PLEASE NOTE: It may take up to one month before you have the refunded amount on your account

• If you need to cancell, it is also possible to give the place to someone you know.
