When the belly is relaxed the whole body relaxes… From the Holistic massage group this week, we would like to share one of many delcious meals.
1 onion, chopped
2 zucchini, chopped
500g frozen (or fresh) peas
1/2 bunch coriander
enough veggie stock for desired consistency
Fry onion in little oil until they have some color.
Add zucchini and fry until they have a little color.
Add peas and heat until defrosted.
Add the stock, bring to a boil and leave simmering until vegetable are cooked through.
Then blend everything to a smooth soup.
Bring to taste with soy sauce.
Only add the coriander last and blend it one last time.
Add some dollops of yogurt when serving the soup.
