Awareness Intensive – Who is in?
Siyana, Yamuna and Pramod

Who am I?
Through this primordial question, we explore the direct experience of who we truly are, beyond the ideas we have collected and repeated throughout our lives.
When we ask ourselves, “Who am I?” or “Who is in?” without relying on our conditioning, problems, and identifications, we open ourselves to the truth of the present moment.
A journey of self-discovery through the use of koans and silence, which can take us deeper than the mind.

About the retreat
This 3-day retreat is a deep and intense immersion in the process of self-inquiry. It is fully residential and well-structured to support this inner journey.
- Throughout the retreat, we will remain in silence and disconnected from the outside world — with no access to mobile phones, internet, or other distractions;
- The foundation of the work is the self-inquiry technique practiced in dyads, using koans;
- The process is supported by active meditations and the presence of the facilitators;
- All meals are included and follow a light, healthy, and nourishing diet — free from stimulants and heavy foods.
It’s a precious space to be with yourself.

The retreat begins on Friday July 10th, with check-in from 16:00–17:00. The first group starts at 17:00, so please make sure to arrive on time. The Awareness Intensive ends on Monday July 13th at 17:00.
