Creative Flow – Art and Meditation Retreat

16. juni - 21. juni, 2026

Prem Lee & Surati

You are very welcome to join us on this journey to reconnect with ourselves through creativity and meditation, surrounded by the stunning nature at Dharma Mountain!

About the retreat

This retreat is an invitation to explore meditation, creativity and to come closer to our true self.
The intention for this retreat is to take a break from daily responsibilities, to have time to relax and enjoy different creative tools and meditation techniques, enabling us to come closer to our inner creative flow, where time stops.
You are most welcome, whether you are new to meditation and art expression, or if you have experience from before, no experience is needed.

This retreat offers a safe space for playful, creative exploration—where curiosity is welcomed, expression can flow freely, and where a deep sense of trust and togetherness gently unfolds.

Dharma Mountain is surrounded by amazing, beautiful nature that supports us to relax, and brings us back to the present moment. There will be many possibilities to spend time in nature, both during the various workshops/meditations and in your free time.

During this 5-day retreat, we will explore different active meditations, creative art workshops, yin yoga, and relaxation techniques.

About the meditations

We will have some active meditations with movements of the body to help release tensions, stress and blockages in our bodies and minds. In this way, we can empty ourselves of what we don’t need, calm the body and nervous system and thus become more relaxed and peaceful. This allows meditation to happen naturally, and creativity starts flowing.

About the creative workshops

During this retreat, we will use many different tools to let creativity flow in a light, playful way.
When we take away all focus on achieving or reaching somewhere, or wanting to create something beautiful – our curiosity and inner creativity flow, and magic happens.
Some of the techniques we will play with are painting, clay, flower printing, creating art with nature, drawing, haiku poems and forest bathing.
