Biodanza in Nature

Reconnect with life trough joy, love and deep presence – 4 days retreat with Unni Heim

“The last two years this has been a big success! And it is one of the most beautiful biodanza-events you can imagine!”
Unni Heim

Being in nature brings us closer to the vibrant harmony that exists in all living beings. It helps us find back our center. At the same time it shows us that we are all related to each other; human beings, animals, plants, the wind, mother earth and the stars. When we surrender to this connection it brings us access to vital energy, and it gives us joy: – the joy of being alive.

Love is the gravity that links it all together. And for us human, it is the heart connection and the presence in our body that is the door into this experience.
The retreat takes place in the middle of wild nature with mountains, rivers, trees, fresh air and green fields.

Most of the Biodanza sessions will be in the middle of nature. Some sessions will be with music and other in total silence only accompanied by the music of nature itself.

We also have a lovely dance room in the main house where we can dance in case of bad weather and for special dances.

Who can join?
We recommend that you have previous experience with Biodanza or other forms of inner life-, relational- or spiritual work. However it is not an absolute requirement. The most important thing is that you have a desire to open up to life and relations in all its beauty! Through dance, presence in nature and human contact we open up to connect deeper with ourselves, with others and life in all its totality.

If you have never done Biodanza before we recommend that you take a look at to get some more information. And we recommend that you contact Unni so that we together can find out if this is a good place for you to start.
