Cancellation policy

Følgende regler gjelder:

• Hvis du avbestiller mer enn 14 dager før arrangementet starter, har du rett til refusjon. Vi beholder et avbestillingsgebyr på 600,-.
  
• If you cancel less than 14 days before the start of the group/retreat, there is no refund. In this case you could check with your insurance company for a possible refund of your expenses.
  
• If Dharma Mountain cancels the event, all payments will be refunded (including the cancellation fee). PLEASE NOTE: It may take 1-2 weeks for us to transfer the refund. (Dharma Mountain does not cover travel expenses; you can check with your insurance company regarding this).
  
• If you need to cancel, there is the possibility of giving your place to someone else.

This policy applies to the following groups (where bookings are done directly with Dharma Mountain):
• Dharma Mountain groups (Tilstede, Gave, Levende, Innsikt, Inner Peace and Inner Joy)
• Retreats with Jonathan Weber or Pia Kozlowski
