Cancellation policy

Following rules apply:

• If you cancel more than 14 days before the event starts, you are entitled to a refund. We retain a cancellation fee of NOK 1,000.
  
• If you cancel less than 14 days before the start of the group/retreat, there is no refund. In this case you could check with your insurance company for a possible refund of your expenses.
  
• If Dharma Mountain cancels the event, all payments will be refunded (including the cancellation fee). PLEASE NOTE: It may take 1-2 weeks for us to transfer the refund. (Dharma Mountain does not cover travel expenses; you can check with your insurance company regarding this).
  
• If you need to cancel, there is the possibility of giving your place to someone else.

This policy applies to the following groups (where bookings are done directly with Dharma Mountain):
• Dharma Mountain groups (Tilstede, Gave, Levende, Innsikt, Inner Peace and Inner Joy)
• Retreater med Jonathan Weber and Ewa Bartkowiak.

We also rent out the place to various course leaders where registration is done directly with them. If your cancellation concerns one of these groups, you must check directly with the course leader which rules apply.
