Norway in Spring! Think swimming in the lakes (cold dips!), saunas, flower-filled meadows, hiking and kayaking, white water rafting and much hygge-ness.
If you want to rest, re-set and re-charge your batteries, this is the retreat you are looking for. Suitable for all levels.
This retreat can be as activity-filled as you like. Or you can choose to sit quietly and read your book!
Prices and booking
- Accommodation – single occupancy in your own room, but sharing a cabin.
- Full board vegetarian or vegan meals.
- 2 x yoga and meditation classes per day
- Exclusive use of all onsite facilities including sauna and evening campfire.
- Transfer by coach to and from airport.

- Flights
- Additional activities (which are optional) – kayaking trip, white water rafting, various workshops – these will be charged separately if done.

Tash Pope
Tash qualified as a fitness instructor over 20 years ago and has been passionate about health and well-being ever since. In 2007, whilst living in Japan, Tash began practicing yoga and was inspired by the Japanese ethos of the fusion of body and mind. Initially attracted by the strong physical practice and improved flexibility, she became increasingly fascinated by the stillness yoga brought to her mind and the conscious use of the breath with poses. In April 2017 Tash completed her teacher training at The Power Yoga Company and in December 2017 she completed her Advanced Teacher Training in Forrest Yoga. Forrest Yoga transformed her practice and resonated deeply and so in October 2019 Tash completed the full Forrest Yoga Foundation Teacher Training. Forrest Yoga is an inspiring, grounding and deeply healing yoga practice, adapting traditional yoga for today’s lifestyle. In class, Tash welcomes all levels and is keen to build core stability and connection to the poses with strong breath work. Through Forrest Yoga, change starts from the inside out.
